In addition to the food we serve, we also focus on our wine list. It offers over 500 selections of mainly European wines. Our Sommélier & Restaurant Manager Maximilian Haußmann will be happy to take you on a journey through the continent's best growing regions and vineyards

KITCHEN

The young kitchen team is led by Alexander Dostal. His product-orientated cuisine forms the DNA of the MAS-TAVA concept. In the evening, the focus is on European fish, e.g. sea bass from Normandy and selected steak cuts such as entrecôte from Jack's Creek.
